What Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

A standard rental covers the portable toilet units, delivery to the agreed location, pickup at the agreed time, and any servicing specifically listed in your written quote. The quote should identify the number of units, rental period, site location, and included service visits.

Placement depends on safe access and any property or event rules. The customer is responsible for confirming permission to use the site and checking whether local event permits govern temporary restroom placement, including requirements set by the City of Chester or Chester County Government.

Separate written approval is needed for extra units, hand-wash stations, accessible units, additional cleaning, relocation, extended rental periods, or other work not listed in the quote. Construction customers must provide required sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51.

Accessible facilities are subject to applicable 2010 ADA Standards, including Sections 213 and 604. Wastewater must be handled under applicable South Carolina Regulation 61-9 and Clean Water Act requirements and taken to authorized treatment facilities as required by law.

Setting Dates, Changes, and Cancellations

We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup with you using the dates and site details in the approved quote. Tell us about access hours, gates, ground conditions, and placement instructions before the appointment.

A change is not confirmed until SC Toilet Rentals approves it; a request alone does not change the booked service. Give notice as early as possible if you need to cancel, move a delivery, change the rental period, or adjust the number of units.

Any cancellation charge or other applicable fee will be stated in the quote or confirmed before the change is accepted.

Changes to the site, schedule, or requested work may affect availability and the total charge. We will explain any revised terms and seek your approval before carrying out additional work.

Delays caused by unsafe access, blocked routes, severe site conditions, or circumstances outside our control may require rescheduling. Please keep the delivery area accessible and have an authorized person available when the arrangement requires coordination at the site.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote describes the rental items and work requested, the rental dates, the service location, and the charges known when it is prepared. It is based on the information you provide, so tell us promptly if the number of units, site conditions, access, or rental period changes.

The quote becomes the agreed scope when you approve it through the method provided by SC Toilet Rentals. Work outside that scope requires your approval and may add charges; we will explain the change before proceeding when practical.

Your quote or invoice will state when payment is due and which payment methods are accepted. Please follow those terms and contact us promptly if you spot an error or expect a delay.

No prices or payment plans are implied by these terms. Government taxes or other charges, if applicable, will be shown on the quote or invoice.

If payment is overdue, we may pause service or arrange pickup where permitted by law and the rental agreement. Questions about a charge can be sent to the contact details below.

What We Can Confirm About Service Quality

SC Toilet Rentals will provide the rental and related work described in the approved quote. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, promised coverage period, or guarantee beyond the written agreement and rights that apply under law. If a unit is damaged, missing, improperly placed, or otherwise does not match the confirmed arrangement, contact us promptly with the site address and a description of the issue so we can review it.

Please do not move, repair, or alter equipment without our approval. Damage, misuse, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, or conditions at the site may affect our ability to inspect or address a reported problem.

Any specific service commitment or warranty offered for a particular order must be stated in writing to apply. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

A request for review does not create coverage that was not included in the quote, and any remedy will depend on the order details, facts, and applicable law.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent allowed by law, SC Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from the rental or service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or loss caused by misuse, unauthorized movement, or failure to provide safe access. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not allow it, or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Customers remain responsible for site permission, required event permits, and meeting duties that apply to their property or project. Construction sanitation requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; accessible toilet facilities are addressed in 2010 ADA Standards Sections 213 and 604.

Wastewater discharge and disposal are subject to applicable South Carolina Regulation 61-9 and Clean Water Act requirements. Waste must be delivered to authorized treatment facilities where required.

These terms do not replace directions from regulators or local authorities, including the City of Chester or Chester County Government.

Include your name, service address, and quote or invoice details so we can identify the matter. These contact details are for questions and do not replace any notice method expressly stated in your written agreement.
